RSVP Endurance Wide Mouth Canning Funnelbestusa

Do you ever need to direct the flow of something pourable, with high volume capacity? This funnel excels at that function. I initially purchased it to be able to fill a canister with ground coffee without making a big mess, but have since found more uses for it. I've used it to store and portion out dry goods like cereal and rice, as well as put up soup and chunky stews for the freezer. The best feature is the wide lip, which acts as a grip and helps to catch spillage to keep your counter clean. I like the wide lip better than the old loop handle style of canning funnels because it allows the funnel to sit squarely inside a greater variety of containers. The funnel appears to be well-made and of very high quality stainless steel. It's heavy for its size so it remains stable while pouring. Looks like it might just last a lifetime!

Not too much to say about this funnel, except that for normal wide-mouth size canning jars, it is a perfect fit. The funnel is well made, very heavy duty and looks like it was built to last a life-time. As others have stated, this is very handy for many uses.

If you are looking for a funnel that will fit inside of standard size canning jars, this is not the right one to get. But this is definitely good for many things and is perfect for the wide-mouth size canning jars.

I strongly believe I will have no issues with this funnel. It's very sturdy, heavy, and you know right from the start it will hold up over time. While we haven't used it yet (will post updates if we have any issues), we are happy to have paid a little more for a product that had great prior reviews. We're also happy we didn't waste any money or chance the cheaper metal funnels that had wishy-washy reviews (issues with rust, riveting, etc). The other obvious reason to choose this funnel was because many of the reviews of the cheaper plastic funnels indicated that they would be affected by the hot liquid (if not initially, after moderate use). Very happy and looking forward to canning.
