The coating seems quite sturdy. Nothing has stuck to the pan yet. I've used it for about two months now. All in all, a great pan. Don't turn the heat too high, medium heat only and this should last a long time. I am very pleased with this purchase! Buy it! You won't be sorry! By the way, this is a large pan and even my larger burners don't cover the bottom. I hope this review is helpful to someone.

This is the best pan i ever had. the non stick surface is very rough and doe snot mind metal objects to be used. I barely use any butter/oil anymore, because the food just does not stick to it!
