It heats up quickly with lower heat than a normal frying pan. Nothing sticks to it and it cleans up easily with a paper towel. There is no more mess to go down the drain and clog your sink - just throw the paper towel away and wash it. I have even cooked bacon in the pan and it came out very crispy. Even cheese doesn't stick to it. It is amazing and I have been cooking for over 35 years. |
