Kitchen Supply Roasting Rack, Nonstick Adjustablebestus

After reading reviews for other racks around this price point, I was a bit worried about the durability of the coating, as it seems to be a problem in many others. I decided to take a chance on the Kitchen Supply rack and was pleasantly rewarded with a well made item.

I roasted a 16lb turkey on it, and it was truly non-stick when I removed the turkey, it didn't stick, and there was very minimal residue which made for very quick washing. The coating seems to be pretty durable, and I imagine it'll last quite sometime (though it'll probably only be used a couple times a year).

I purchased this for cooking a Christmas turkey that was 23 lbs. I put it in a large pan that I already had and it worked perfectly. I then soaked it in the pan for about 5 minutes and it cleaned up perfectly. Really a good buy for me.

This little rack is perfect for setting quart jars at the correct angle for sprouting. You can adjust the angle from the bottom, and also by using different cross-wires to support the bottle cap end to drain. Holds 3 quart jars at a time, takes up very little counter space, can be moved easily, and folds flat for storage. At this price, it isn't the sturdiest roaster out there, but plenty strong enough for this use. I'm not sure I'd want to trust a roast on it, though.
