T-fal 3 Qt Double Boilersuperusa

I was tired of my frostings, custards and sauces that required an electric mixer use during cooking sloshing over the sides of the smaller double boiler I have.
I bought this one on sale at Amazon and it works wonderfully for my confections.
It is large with high sides. There is a ridge where it sits in the boiler pan that you have to pay special attention to when washing.
Shipping was speedy and I was able to use this for my cooking during Christmas.
I highly recommend this pan.
The bottom can be used for every day cooking and the lid is a nice bonus.

Item was packaged nicely and arrived when stated. Double boiler is large and will accommodate the large recipe that it is intended for.

Nice and big. Good for melting chocolate. Bought this because I couldn't find an economical one anywhere around Los Angeles. Very happy with it.
