This griddle is awesome. i can cook pancakes on it...without butter. It fits well on the eyes of my glass cooktop and cleans up so easily. I have also cooked hamburgers on it and the burgers were so think, i thought it would take for ever! But it didn't. I just turned them a few times and they were done. Probably 7-10 minutes total. I must say that I am not disappointed. The griddle fits in well with the more expensive Cephalon pan set that I have and it's quality is just as good. The handle is tightly screwed on and feels solid even though it is streamlined. The griddle is also solid and it's anodized aluminum coating is second to none. I use it at least a couple of times per week and have not had any issues. |
