Jo!e Whisky Egg Non-Stick Double Sided Omelette Pansuper

When I first saw this pan in the store I thought it was just so cute because it is tiny and the egg face sealed the deal. I've alway liked my larger folding omlette pan but stopped using it since it is just too big. This little pan, although not perfect, is perfect for me. The first time I used it I melted the plastic handle because the pan was too small for the burner I chose. I solved the problem by using my tiny simmer burner on the lowest setting. Before using the pan I always spray it with some type of non-stick cooking oil. Even with spraying I still get small specks but they do come off with a gentle handwashing. This is best used for a plain 3 egg omelette. I will on occasion add a 'small' amount of cheese or ham but it gets really full. I added too much egg once and learned my lesson fast after cleaning up spilled on the hot stove top. This pan is excellent for the single person. It makes a perfect serving for one. I use it for the small serving needed for my diet and it is great. Truly non-stick and easy to care for. Highly recommend.

I love this omelette pan. It is so much easier to make one. It doesn't break or fall apart. In a regular pan is a lot harder.I recommend it for anyone.
