It seems the surface of these is basically glass, with no chemicals.This is a sturdy and attractive pot that heats quickly. I bought it mostly for boiling milk, especially skim milk, which sticks like a son of a gun with stainless steel. No stick with this pot. The rounded upper edge facilitates pouring. This pot does not go in a dishwasher, nor do I frequently use the lid. If the anodized surface is beginning to wear off, it does not bode well for the durability of the product. |
