5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent coated roasting pan, November 25, 2011

This pan lived up to expectations. I needed a pan that could easily hold a 25 lb. turkey. It did.
Admirably. The coated rack was a BREEZE to clean up. Pan drippings literally slid off the pan.
Perfect for getting drippings for gravy making. Pan was a breeze to clean hours later, too. Highly recommend this pan. You do have to remember
to use only wooden or plastic utensils around it. And the bottom did scratch a tiny bit from the metal
contact with oven racks. (Hard not to do with a 25 lb. bird!) Not worried about this because the pan does come with a lifetime warranty.

I thought since I am such a fan of Cuisinart products this roaster/rack would be a good purchase. WRONG! The finish started flaking off after the first use. Now it has big "bald" spots. It would not come clean either even with soaking and gentle scrubbing. For the price of $40 I expected a better product. I would return it but the box is already in the recycling. : (

1.0 out of 5 stars Coating started coming off after first use., December 4, 2011

We bought this roaster and tried roasting a chicken with it. When it came time to wash the pan, the coating started peeling off. On other words, we got one use out of it before things started going bad.

My recommendation is to buy another product and avoid this one.
