These pans were such a good bargain and so excellent for baking that I bought a pair of them as a gift for my mom. She loves them too! They bake loaves quickly and evenly, and the loaves just pop right out of the pans. The result: perfectly-baked, lightly browned loaves of whatever you choose to fill the with.
