Calphalon Contemporary Glass Cover 10-in.super

I bought this on sale locally, and could not pass it up. As a bonus, the same store had a Calphalon Everyday 10" omelette pan for sale, and this lid fits it PERFECTLY. Calphalon used to be consistently high-end, but in the past half decade, they've introduced "budget" lines for Target and other stores which are ... good but not great. This lid is in the latter group ... GREAT. Definitely a bargain over the more expensive Calphalon One 10-inch glass lid.

I'm happy with this lid, impressed with its quality and function. I think you will be, too.

This is the best lead in my home, so far! It fits a lot of kitchenware.
It is designed so that plus or minus a little bit - still fits. You do not have to check again and again that your fry pan is EXACTLY 10 in. There are varieties like 10' with a quarter or so (etc.) on market - it is all still good. And it cowers smaller objects well. I found it the most useful of all covers I ever had.

I ordered for myself and for gifts - everyone really like the lid to go with the Calphalon 10" contempory frypan. This size works great for making any kind of eggs or to fry a little fish for 2, or to sweat out some onions, etc. For those times you just don't want to use the big 12" pan with lid.
