I purchased this lid for the Ozeri frying pan I bought. The lid fits perfectly and it seems to be high quality. However, since Amazon did not carry it in stock, I had to pay extra shipping (I am a Prime member) which brought the cost up to about half of the cost of the pan. It seems logical that Amazon would carry the pan AND the lid??? That being said, 4 stars says "I like it".
