I this is another must have if you like pancakes!, the slim line edge of pan makes turning the pancakes easy, yet still has the multi-purpose of being able to scramble some eggs or fry up just a few slices of bacon.

I do many different kinds of crepes (salt, sugar, etc) this pan is just perfect for that purpose, you do not need to even clean it after use it. spread the heat very well over the entire surface. I found this more beneficial than electric crepes pans or any other stuff. besides the size is just great for them.

I received the girdle on time and in good shape, no bumps or anything. The red dot in the center works as promised and is a very convenient indicator of when the girdle is warm enough and ready to go. Its easy to clean.
