Wonderful little baking pans - they bake evenly, just the right size. Does make a difference in baking, how the finished product comes out of the oven. This is a purchase I'm thrilled with. Highly recommend them.

I thought this would be as heavy as some of my other Chicago bakeware. It was not - but it is still heavier than the cheapo stuff and did a great job the first time I used it baking a lemon pudding cake (in a water bath). It baked evenly and cleaned up easily. Can hardly ask for more than that, other than I hope the non-stick lasts awhile. I would recommend buying this little pan.
